Growing multipliers and crew features
Wins here form in clusters, not on lines: you need at least five matching symbols touching each other. The winning cluster vanishes and fresh symbols fall from the top, so several wins can build up within one spin. That is the cascade mechanic.
The key player is the Wild Scatter. According to Slotmill, its multiplier grows every time it becomes part of a winning cluster, and if several of these symbols take part in the same win, their multipliers add up. The board also has so-called Feature Hotspots, which trigger the Crew features, alongside elements called Mystery Trails.
Three or more Wild Scatters award 8 free spins, and in this round the multipliers persist instead of resetting each spin. The studio’s own add-ons are in the game too: Burst Mode, Fast Track and Xtra-Bet. Check the info panel to see how each of them changes the stake; we don’t guess here.
What the ‘very high’ rating means for you
Very high volatility means long stretches without wins are normal, and bigger payouts come rarely, from multipliers adding up. The 10,000x cap is a theoretical ceiling, not an expected value. On a game like this your budget can run down faster than on a medium-volatility slot, so decide in advance how much you will spend on it.
The RTP belongs here too. Between 96.07% and 94.09% there is almost two percentage points of difference, which you feel over the long run in the share of stakes returned. Within a short session, neither number says anything about what happens on the next spins.
If an add-on such as Xtra-Bet raises the stake, then with it switched on the actual cost per spin will differ from what the stake selector shows. Keep track of this especially when playing with bonus money, because the stake cap applies to the full amount.
How to find and review it in the lobby
The newest titles on Dukat.bet currently get no label, so Dead Man's Crew does not show up under the Slots or New Games filter either. Search for its name or filter by the Slotmill studio. We cover the state of the categories in more detail in our note on lobby categories.
Before playing with real money, check three things:
- RTP in the info panel: it tells you which version you got.
- Demo: a few dozen spins show how often a cluster forms.
- Add-ons: the description of Burst Mode, Fast Track and Xtra-Bet in terms of the stake.
The full checklist is in our guide to new games.
What we don’t know about Dead Man's Crew
We don’t know which RTP version Dukat.bet runs. Slotmill lists both, and this cannot be read from the casino’s site from the outside; only the in-game info panel shows it. Nor can we tell whether the title is among the excluded games of any specific offer, so review the list under rule 2.15 before playing with bonus money. The current state of the bonus terms is recorded in our terms check.
If you want to play with a slots bonus, the matching offer is Slots Bonus – 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. Details are in our slot news roundup.
