Where you can reach us
- Email: info@ducatbet.club
- Postal address: Štefánikova 2, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia
You can write to us in Hungarian, Slovak or English. We read incoming messages in all three languages and reply in the one you used.
We have no phone line or chat. Written contact helps us too: that way, both the report and the correction stay traceable.
Reporting a wrong or outdated news item
Each news item captures what was true on one particular day, while the lobby and studio websites keep changing. If you find a discrepancy, these are worth including in your message:
- The page, for example the URL or the headline of the news item.
- The sentence or table row in question, quoted word for word.
- What you observed: which value or status you saw, and where (info panel, lobby, studio announcement).
- The date of your observation, because the lobby can change from one day to the next.
- A screenshot or source link, if you have one. It is not required, but it speeds things up a lot.
Accuracy matters most with RTP values. Some games come in several official versions, so tell us exactly which figure you saw. The order of our sources is described in our editorial policy.
A short report we can act on right away
You do not need to write a long message. Something like this is plenty:
‘The Witchcraft Riches news item gives the RTP as 96.68%. On 14 October 2026 the game's info panel showed a different value; screenshot attached.’
From this we know which page and which figure you mean, where and when you saw the difference, and we have something to compare with the studio's data. The date here is only an example; use the day of your own observation.
Even if you are not sure it is an error, write anyway. A question alone can reveal that one of our sentences is ambiguous and needs more precise wording.
Account matters are not for us
We cannot see into anyone's player account, and we do not handle deposits, withdrawals or bonuses. Take questions of this kind to the Dukat.bet support team:
- deposits, withdrawals, balance;
- the status of an active bonus or your wagering progress;
- identity verification and account settings;
- a disputed result of a game round or a live table round.
Please do not send us passwords, images of documents or card details. If anything like that lands in our inbox anyway, we delete it. Our privacy notice sets out what happens to the emails we receive.
What happens to a report once it arrives
We read every report and compare it with the original source. If the studio's announcement or the state of the lobby confirms the point, we correct the news item and update its date. If we cannot verify it, a note may be added to the ‘What we don’t know’ section of the item.
There is no fixed reply deadline: how long a check takes depends on the source. A studio page we can look at quickly, whereas a change in the lobby may need watching over several days. Corrected items appear in the news archive with their updated date.
When it is your own gambling that worries you, not a news item
If you want to write because you feel gambling is starting to take up too much of your time or money, do not wait for our reply. On our responsible gaming page we have outlined the kinds of help available where you live. In an acute emergency, call 112.
