Who is responsible for our readers' data

For data protection questions, write to the same address, in Hungarian, Slovak or English. Since the editorial team is based in Slovakia, data processing is governed by the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation, the GDPR. You can read more about who we are on our About us page.
Server logs: the traces of a visit
When you open a news item, your browser sends a request to our server. The server may then record your IP address, the type of browser and operating system, the time of the request and the address of the page you opened.
This is needed for the site to run securely: for troubleshooting and for filtering out abuse such as denial-of-service attacks. We do not link the logs with other data, and we do not use them to identify individuals. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site.
GA4 measurement without a banner
This site uses Google Analytics 4. GA4 uses cookies to measure which news items are read, for how long, on which device and from where visitors arrive. We see aggregated statistics, not individual visitors. This tells us, for example, whether a guide is too long or which news item people look for most.
The measured data is processed by Google, which may mean data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
This site shows no cookie banner. You are still in control of the measurement:
- in your browser's privacy menu, block third-party cookies or all cookies, and delete the existing ones;
- install Google's official opt-out add-on, which switches off GA4 measurement;
- read in incognito mode, where no cookies remain once you close the window.
Every news item is available without cookies; nothing is locked.
Corresponding with the editorial team
From an incoming email we see the sender's address, the signed name if there is one, and of course the text of the message. They serve one purpose: answering you and checking the error you flagged. We do not pass emails on to third parties, and we do not send newsletters. Please do not send us passwords, documents or payment details. Our contact page explains in detail how to report an error.
GDPR rights and two supervisory authorities
The GDPR gives you these rights:
- request information about what data we process about you;
- request that the data be corrected or erased;
- request that processing be restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request data portability, where applicable.
Send your request to info@ducatbet.club. If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you can turn to two authorities. For Slovakia that is the Bratislava-based authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky; for Hungary it is the NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), the Hungarian data protection authority.

Our news is for information only. It is not legal, financial or gaming-strategy advice, and it promises no outcome. The data is valid on the stated check date; the final word belongs to the studios' announcements and Dukat.bet's own rules. How we select and correct news is described in our editorial policy.
