What happened: a dated check of the loyalty page
On 11 October 2026 the ducatbet.club editorial team opened the dukat.bet /en/loyalty page and compared it with its earlier state. The source is our own observation, based on the page’s English text. The page still presents the programme under the label ‘10 levels in total’, and the related rules also describe ten levels, determined by the points collected.
For the highest level, the page still indicates that entry is by invitation only. We deliberately do not name this level: in a news story the structure is what matters, not the branded label.
The page’s claims in a table
| Item | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Page available | yes | /en/loyalty, 11 October 2026 |
| Number of levels | 10 | page text and rules |
| What moves you up a level | the total of points collected | rules |
| First level | Member Card | the page’s level list |
| Upper levels in the list | VIP Diamond Card, Partner Casino Card | same |
| Highest (10th) level | by invitation only | same |
| Hungarian version | not checked | – |
Besides the card names, the levels also list point thresholds and rewards. We do not copy them here, because the rewards are promotional, and it is not our job to advertise them in a news story.
What a ten-level structure means for players
Levels depend on the points total, so the programme rewards play over a longer period. The first levels are easy to reach, but the point thresholds of the upper ones are orders of magnitude higher. That is in the nature of the system: the higher you are, the more turnover the next step requires.
The invite-only top level follows a different logic. Points alone are not enough there; someone on the casino’s side decides who gets in. The page does not describe the criteria, so we will not guess.
What the loyalty page does not reveal
In our reading on 11 October 2026 we did not find how many points one euro wagered earns. Without that, the point thresholds cannot be converted into euros, so you cannot work out how much turnover a level takes. The conditions of the invite-only level are not public either.
We also did not examine whether points expire, or whether bets placed with bonus money earn points. If you need any of this, check the loyalty section of your account and the programme’s full rules, or ask Dukat.bet customer support.
The general bonus terms are a separate document; their October status is covered in our bonus terms check.
What to check in your own account
The public page shows the structure, not your own position. After logging in, look for four things:
- your current level and the points still missing to reach the next;
- where the reward for moving up appears, and whether it has its own conditions;
- whether there is a deadline for claiming the reward;
- which languages the programme rules are available in, and which version is binding.
If any point is unclear, ask rather than assume. The text of the rules is what counts, not how the cards look.
A budget, not the next level: the sensible order
A level system is built so that the next step always seems within reach. That holds even when the thresholds of the upper levels are many times those of the lower ones. If you catch yourself playing on because of the points counter, stop.
Set your budget before you play, and treat moving up a level as a side effect. For this, it is worth reading the practical steps of responsible gaming.
What we don’t know, and when we will update
We do not know whether Dukat.bet is planning changes to the programme, and we will not speculate about it. At the next check we will look at the same points: the number of levels, how the top level is marked and the relevant sentence of the rules.
If any of them differs, we will update the story with a new date and show the old state too. Why we only publish dated observations is explained in detail on our editorial policy page. Common questions are answered on our FAQ page.
