Three conditions we need before writing a story
A piece becomes news when we can answer three questions. When did it happen, with an official date? Who says so, meaning which studio or which public page is the source? And what does it have to do with Dukat.bet: is the game in the lobby, or is the change visible on dukat.bet?
Bazaar Monkey is a case where all three have an answer. The Endorphina press release gives 30 September 2026 as the release date, and the studio’s game sheet lists a 96.08% RTP and a 7,500x maximum win. On 11 October 2026 we found the title in the Dukat.bet lobby, demo included. That became the Bazaar Monkey story.
The counterexample is two well-known studios, Apollo Games and Quickspin. At the 11 October 2026 check, neither appeared in the lobby. So we write no Dukat.bet news about them, however fresh their announcements. A game being released somewhere does not make it news here.
Ranking sources: whom we believe first
| Level | Source | Example from our news |
|---|---|---|
| 1. | The studio’s official page or press release | Dead Man's Crew: Slotmill data sheet, 29 September 2026 |
| 2. | A studio-submitted release on an industry portal | Arcade Roulette: Ezugi release, 22 September 2026 |
| 3. | Our own observation on dukat.bet, with the check date | Web app manifest, display: standalone, 11 October 2026 |
Level one is strongest: the maker speaks about its own product. If the primary page cannot be opened, we step down a level and say so in the story. That is what happened with Arcade Roulette: we could not open the studio’s own page, so we took the date and the multiplier cap (up to 500x on network tables) from the release Ezugi sent to an industry portal. The Arcade Roulette story states exactly that.
Level three is different in kind. Here no studio is claiming anything; we look at a public page and write down what we saw. That is still reliable, provided the date sits next to it.
When we check dukat.bet ourselves
By own observation we mean something anyone can repeat with a browser: open an address and see what comes back. On 11 October 2026, for example, the Hungarian casino/crash-and-instant route worked, while the Hungarian casino/instant-games address and the Slovak homepage both returned a 404. Such a claim always carries its date, because a website can be rebuilt overnight.
Bonus terms get the same treatment. We read four points (2.7, 2.9, 2.14, 2.15) of the /en/bonuses page on both 9 and 11 October 2026 and found no difference. What exactly we compared is in our bonus terms check. If we see a change, we will report it with the new date and the old wording alongside.
Some things observation cannot settle. According to a Pragmatic Play release of 10 August 2026, Privé Lounge Blackjack got two new rules (‘Face Down Double Down’ and ‘Split After Split’), and the studio puts the RTP at 99.51%. Such tables are in the lobby, but there is no demo, and without logging in you cannot see which rule set is running. A question like that goes into the story’s ‘What we don’t know’ section; we do not fill it with assumptions.
Topics we leave out on purpose
There are things we do not write about, even when dukat.bet says something about them:
- licence information, including the licence text in the footer;
- payment methods, limits and payout speed;
- customer support channels;
- the number of games or studios in the lobby;
- ‘coming soon’ claims;
- promotions, tournaments and prize draws that exist only as rumour.
The first four are data Dukat.bet maintains itself and that can change quickly. Quoting them would risk an outdated copy circulating instead of the official source. On anything touching your account or your money, the authority is Dukat.bet’s own site and support team, not a news site.
The last two points are about rumour. A pre-announced game is not news until it is in the lobby. A promotion does not exist for us until we see it publicly, with a date. That is why you will not find offers billed as exclusive or invented tournaments here.
Conflicting numbers: which one we print
Sometimes a studio gives several figures, or one easy to misread. Three rules apply.
If several RTP versions exist, we name all of them. The Dead Man's Crew data sheet shows 96.07%, plus a 94.09% version. Which one runs in the lobby cannot be seen from outside, and the story says so openly.
If the maker gives only a numeric index, we do not turn it into a word. On the Thor's Rage 2 page, volatility is shown only as an index, alongside a 27.63% hit frequency. Hit frequency is not volatility, so we do not call it that.
If a release has two dates, we mark both. Thor's Rage 2 early access began on 17 September 2026, and the official release was 24 September 2026. The story leads with the official date and puts early access in brackets. How to pick these details out of a release is covered in our guide to reading studio announcements.
If you find a mistake in one of our stories
We can get things wrong too: we may mistype a date, or a studio may later edit its game sheet. If you spot something like that, write to the address on our contact page. Tell us which story, which sentence is wrong, and where you saw the correct figure.
We check the report against the same source the story is based on. If you are right, we fix the wording and refresh the page date. If the source itself has changed, for example a studio has rewritten an RTP value, we note this in a separate sentence so the earlier figure stays visible.
There is no promised reply time, since the length of a check depends on the source. But a corrected story must meet the same three conditions as on first publication.
An offer only where the topic leads to one
Some of our stories include a Dukat.bet offer, but not all. A slot story gets a slots bonus, a story about a live table gets a live casino offer. With the latter we also point out that point 2.14 of Dukat.bet’s general bonus rules excludes live dealer tables from wagering.
Guides, product updates and service pages carry no bonus. An offer existing is not news in itself, and we do not present it as such.
